1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the JobApplyAI Chrome Extension or website (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

JobApplyAI provides an AI-powered Chrome extension that assists users in applying to jobs on LinkedIn. The Service includes AI-generated email content, resume attachment functionality, smart comment generation, LinkedIn DM outreach, and application tracking.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must sign in with your Google account. Sign-in is available through Google only; we never ask for or store a password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure.

4. Credits and Payments

New accounts receive 3 free applications in total. This is a one-time lifetime allowance, not a daily or monthly one, and it does not reset.
Paid credit packages are one-time purchases. Refunds are limited to the cases listed in section 5.
Purchased credits do not expire and remain in your account until used.
Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Existing purchased credits will not be affected.
Payments are made by UPI directly to us. You submit your UPI transaction ID and we verify it manually before adding credits, which usually takes minutes but can take longer. We do not collect or store card or bank details.

5. Refund Policy

Since credits are digital goods delivered instantly upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds. However, we may consider refund requests in the following cases:

Technical issues that prevented credit delivery (report within 48 hours)
Unauthorized purchases (report within 72 hours)
Duplicate charges (report within 7 days)

Paid 1-on-1 consulting sessions are separate: if you end the call within the first 10 minutes because it is not useful to you, we refund the session in full.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of LinkedIn's terms of service
Send spam, harassing, or misleading content through our Service
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the extension
Create multiple accounts to abuse the free credit system
Share, sell, or transfer your account or credits to others
Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service
Misrepresent your identity or qualifications in AI-generated content

7. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by JobApplyAI (emails, comments, messages) is created by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy and professionalism, you are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before sending. JobApplyAI is not responsible for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content, including but not limited to job application outcomes.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, logos, and content, is owned by JobApplyAI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

JobApplyAI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will result in job interviews, offers, or any specific outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobApplyAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, abuse of the Service, or any other reason we deem necessary. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Unused purchased credits may be forfeited upon termination for cause.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
