JobApplyAI was born from a simple frustration: the modern job application process is broken. As developers ourselves, we experienced firsthand the exhausting cycle of searching for jobs, crafting personalized emails, tailoring resumes, and repeating it hundreds of times.
We spent more time applying to jobs than actually preparing for interviews. Something had to change.
In early 2025, we started building a tool that would use AI to handle the repetitive parts of job applications while maintaining the personal touch that recruiters value. After months of development, testing with real job seekers, and iterating on feedback, JobApplyAI was launched.
Today JobApplyAI is used by Indian job seekers to send personalized applications in a fraction of the time the manual process takes — and it is still built and supported by one developer.
